Due to copyright infringement laws, and manufacturers'
policies, all sales on software, program media, and storage
media are final.
For hygienic reasons, all sales on ear plugs and headphones are final.
Within 7 days, beginning on the first day of delivery, hardware merchandise may be
returned for a(n) refund, exchange, or store credit if found
to be unsatisfactory. If you would like to return an item

to receive a return authorization number. However, opened
merchandise returns for refunds or exchanges may be subject
to the product manufacturer's refurbishing/repackaging fee
(15-25%) in accordance with the respective manufacturer's
policy. Exchanges or store credit returns will be processed
at no additional charge if the item is unopened (customer
will be responsible for all shipping charges). Items that
have been damaged are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All purchases of parts from the 'Pro Parts Department' are final, unless a manufacturing defect has been found. If you believe a manufacturing defect exists, please contact

. All products with confirmed defects will be replaced.
Occasionally a manufacturer may fall behind schedule on
production and a "special order" may have to be
made. A cancellation of a special order before shipment
of the product(s) will result in a refund of the total of
the order less 2.5%. Orders that have already shipped are
subject to the above terms.
