Why should I sign up for the Newsletter?
Signing up for our Newsletter without making a purchase
is completely optional. If you do make a purchase you will
be signed up automatically. We would very much like to let
you know of exclusive specials and periodically give you
discount coupon codes only available through our monthly,
'NO JUNK, JUST SAVINGS' newsletter. We will also keep you
up to date on new products and just keep you "in
the know." After signing up, you can always unsubscribe
by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter,
but we're sure once you see the exclusive specials in our
newsletter you will be glad you are on our mailing list!

How long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to get your new goodies to you as quickly
as possible. That is why we ship all orders USPS Priority
Mail at the cost of standard shipping! Most orders are shipped
in 1-3 days, pending payment approval. However, larger products
may have to be shipped UPS, at no extra cost to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Certain products are shipped free of charge. Unless otherwise
indicated, shipping costs are as follows:
For Orders Up To: $50 = $5.50
For Orders Up To: $75 = $6.50
For Orders Up To: $100 = $7.50
For Orders Up To: $300 = $8.50
For Orders Up To: $500 = $10.00
Orders Over $500 = FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING!

Do you accept international orders?
Yes.
We currently accept orders from the following countries
(in addition to the United States): Austrailia, Belgium,
Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and the
United Kingdom. However, due to manufacturers' distribution
guidelines, we are unable to ship certain products to locations
outside of the United States. We can make special arrangements
in some cases. Please speak with one of our representatives
online using the Live Support feature if you require shipping
abroad. In addition to shipping fees international orders
are charaged a small "International Processing Fee."
These fees are assessed only because it is slightly more
costly for us to process international credit cards. As
a result, "electronically delivered" software
products will still include "international processing
fees," although no physical material is being shipped.
Why does the Live Support icon sometimes show "Offline"
during operating hours?
Live Support representatives are always online during the
hours shown below the icon. However, at times we do receive
an overwhelming number of requests for Live Support Chat,
and in order to provide you with our fullest attention and
deliver on quality support, we must limit the number of
simultaneous chats. This is most likely why you might see
the "offline" icon during operating hours. If
you find this to be the case, please try back in a few minutes
or fill out the 'leave a message' form, and your request
will be answered in the order that it was received. Our
